A fully custom necklace made from your pet photos, painted from inside the glass using a traditional Chinese miniature painting technique. Choose 18K gold plated titanium steel, 14K gold plated titanium steel, or silver titanium steel, all with an adjustable 50cm / 19.7in chain.

The back of the portrait bead is reserved by default for your pet's name, date, or another short custom text. Leave the text field blank if you prefer a clean back.

I confirm that my photos, custom text, contact method, shipping details, and payment authorization are accurate. I understand painting starts after checkout, I need to confirm the draft within 24 hours after it is sent, and custom pieces are final sale after artwork approval. Damaged, incorrect, or significantly misrepresented orders are protected by the remake policy.

Custom process

After checkout, we paint from your photos and requests, then send a preview by your chosen contact method. Please confirm within 24 hours; once drying begins, revisions can no longer be made. Artwork, drying, and packing usually take about 5 business days.

Order protection

To protect both customers and the studio, orders with mismatched billing or shipping details, unusual order patterns, failed payment attempts, or Shopify risk flags may be held for review before production or shipment. We may contact you through checkout email, Shopify Inbox, or hello@everwithin-keepsakes.com to confirm details. If an order cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund it before fulfillment.

Materials

The necklace uses your choice of a 16mm / 0.63in or 14mm / 0.55in portrait bead with an adjustable 50cm / 19.7in titanium steel chain. Choose 18K gold plating, 14K gold plating, or silver titanium steel. The portrait is painted inside the glass, never printed.

The back of the portrait bead is reserved by default for your pet's name or another short custom text. Names and short words are limited to 15 letters. A date can be added separately and does not count toward the 15-letter limit, but the bead is small, so please keep the date short and simple. If you do not provide text, we will keep the back clean.

Shipping & returns

Artwork, drying, and packing usually take 5 business days before dispatch. Free standard shipping is available to every region we currently sell to: North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and selected Middle East countries. Import duties, VAT/GST, or local handling fees vary by destination; if they apply and are not collected by Shopify at checkout, your local customs office or carrier will notify you. Shipping damage is protected with a free remake or replacement after photo review. Custom pieces are final sale after artwork approval, so subjective returns or changes of mind are not accepted after you approve the draft.

Care

Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume. Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, lotions, alcohol, pools, seawater, and harsh chemicals to protect the metal finish and portrait bead.
