From photos to a keepsake made for you.

Making starts once payment and all required photos and details are confirmed. Your first painted preview is usually ready in about 3 business days, within the production estimate. Shipping time is separate.

Need a hand choosing photos or a keepsake? Contact the studio. We usually reply within 24 hours.

What photos should I upload?

Most keepsakes need one clear photo; two extra reference photos are optional.

For pet portrait ornaments, provide one required photo per pet:

  • 1 pet: 1 required photo + 2 optional extras.
  • 2 pets: 2 required photos + 2 optional extras.
  • 3 pets: 3 required photos + 3 optional extras.

Optional extras can show pets together or helpful views of their markings and expression.

Will I see the portrait before it is finished?

Your first artwork preview is usually ready within 3 business days after payment is confirmed and we have the photos and details we need. Please reply with changes or approval within 24 hours of receiving it. We wait for your explicit approval of the current version before final finishing; no reply is not approval.

How long does it take?

Making usually takes 5 business days for jewelry and feather or fur keepsakes, or 7 business days for glass ornaments. This includes the first preview, followed by tracked transit after dispatch. Photo questions, revisions or waiting for approval can affect timing; check your product and destination estimate before ordering.

Can I ask for changes?

You can request changes when reviewing the painted preview. Once you approve it and drying begins, the artwork can no longer be revised.

What happens if my keepsake arrives damaged?

Shipping damage, incorrect items, and significant artwork mismatches are protected by our remake policy after photo review.
