Returns and refunds

Every EVERWITHIN piece is custom made to order from the photos, text, details, and materials provided by the customer. We begin the custom process after checkout and send a draft preview before drying or sealing.

Custom approval

Please confirm the draft within 24 hours after it is sent. After artwork approval, custom pieces are final sale. Subjective returns or change-of-mind requests, including preference changes about style, composition, color within the normal handmade range, or customer-provided details, are not accepted after approval.

Protected issues

Damaged, incorrect, defective, or significantly misrepresented orders are protected by our remake policy. If your order arrives damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed custom details in a significant way, contact everwithin@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, and a short description of the issue. After review, we may offer repair, remake, replacement, or another reasonable solution.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after purchase. Once painting, drying, sealing, custom material preparation, or other personalized work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order verification

To protect customers, cardholders, and the studio, orders with payment risk flags, mismatched billing or shipping details, unusual order patterns, unverified contact details, or suspected unauthorized payment may be paused before production or shipment. We may contact the customer through checkout email, Shopify Inbox, or everwithin@outlook.com to confirm details. If an order cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund it before fulfillment.

If you do not recognize a charge or believe an order was placed without authorization, please contact everwithin@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can review the order before production or shipment. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
