What kind of photos work best?
Upload 3 clear photos in natural light. A front-facing image plus side angles helps us understand your pet's eyes, markings, fur color, and expression.
Will I see the artwork before it is finished?
Yes. We send a painted preview before drying. You can point out an important marking or detail, then approve the artwork so we can dry, assemble, and pack it.
How long do I have to approve the preview?
Please reply within 24 hours of receiving your preview. After that window the painting needs to be dried and sealed to stay on schedule, and once it has dried the artwork can no longer be changed.
What can the keepsake hold?
It can hold a small clean, completely dry bird feather, a little cat, dog, rabbit, or other pet fur, or a small amount of completely dry pet ashes. The approximate capacity is 6 mL / 0.20 fl oz, but the vessel is not designed to hold liquids.
What if clean water gets inside?
Shake it out immediately and air-dry or use cool air until the inside is completely dry. Do not soak the vessel or fill it with water or any other liquid, because dissolved substances can damage the painting and cause fading or color loss.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos. Shipping damage, incorrect items, and significant artwork mismatches are protected by our free remake or replacement policy.
When will my order arrive?
Painting, approval, drying, assembly, and packing take about 5 business days. The on-page range is a planning estimate; checkout uses your delivery address for the final shipping options.
Could customs fees apply?
If duties, VAT/GST, or local handling fees apply and Shopify does not collect them at checkout, your local customs office or carrier will notify you.
