Custom Pet Portrait Glass Ornament

After checkout, we paint from your photos and requests, then send a preview by your chosen contact method. Please confirm within 24 hours; once drying begins, revisions can no longer be made. Artwork, drying, and packing usually take about 7 business days.

To protect both customers and the studio, orders with mismatched billing or shipping details, unusual order patterns, failed payment attempts, or Shopify risk flags may be held for review before production or shipment. We may contact you through checkout email, Shopify Inbox, or hello@everwithin-keepsakes.com to confirm details. If an order cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund it before fulfillment.

The ornament is made from 8cm / 3.1in glass and painted from the inside with your pet portrait and requested details. Each portrait is created individually, never printed.

For ornaments, a pet name, date, or short custom text can be included where the composition has space. If you do not provide text, we will keep the design clean.

Artwork, drying, and packing usually take 7 business days before dispatch. Free standard shipping is available to every region we currently sell to: North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and selected Middle East countries. Import duties, VAT/GST, or local handling fees vary by destination; if they apply and are not collected by Shopify at checkout, your local customs office or carrier will notify you. Shipping damage is protected with a free remake or replacement after photo review. Custom pieces are final sale after artwork approval, so subjective returns or changes of mind are not accepted after you approve the draft.

Handle the glass ornament gently and store it in a dry, protected place. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; avoid soaking, chemicals, and hard impact.
