Shipping
EVERWITHIN pieces are custom painted and assembled by hand in China. After checkout, we begin according to your submitted photos, text, and order details. We send a draft preview before drying or sealing and usually reply within 24 hours.
Production time before dispatch
- Necklaces, bracelets, and feather/fur vessels: artwork, drying, and packing usually take about 5 business days after the required details are confirmed.
- Glass ornaments: artwork, drying, and packing usually take about 7 business days after the required details are confirmed.
If we are waiting for missing photos, unclear custom text, address confirmation, or your draft approval, the timeline may extend. Please confirm the draft within 24 hours after it is sent; once drying or sealing begins, revisions can no longer be made.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is available to every region we currently sell to. For United States orders, an optional paid Express shipping method may appear at checkout when available.
Where we ship
We do not ship worldwide at this time. Checkout is currently available only to the supported destinations below.
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Cyprus, Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia.
- Australia: Australia.
- East Asia: Japan, South Korea.
- Arab countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan.
If your country or region is not listed, checkout may not be available. You can contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can ship to your address.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
Estimated transit times after dispatch are generally:
- United States: usually about 5-12 business days for eligible mainland U.S. addresses.
- Europe: usually 6-10 business days; Cyprus and Greece may take about 8-12 business days; Norway about 8-10 business days; Switzerland about 6-9 business days.
- Canada: about 7-9 business days. Mexico: about 8-12 business days.
- Australia: about 7-12 business days.
- Japan: about 6-7 business days. South Korea: about 6-8 business days.
- Arab countries: usually about 6-14 business days depending on country and local delivery area.
These are reference estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, holidays, weather, local postal conditions, incomplete addresses, remote areas, or delivery delays may extend the delivery time.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Whether you need to pay import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, remote-area fees, or local handling fees depends on your destination country and local rules. If Shopify checkout shows taxes or duties as collected, they will be displayed before payment. If they are not collected at checkout and your country charges them on import, your local customs office or carrier will notify you before or during delivery. These charges are set by the destination authority and are outside EVERWITHIN's control.
Address limits and remote areas
Some destinations have address restrictions. The United States service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO military addresses, and certain remote or overseas addresses. Japan does not support APO/FPO military addresses, Amazon addresses, some commercial addresses, and some remote areas such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and outlying islands. South Korea may not support PO Boxes, military addresses, and some remote areas. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Jordan do not accept PO Box addresses, and Saudi Arabia may require a valid short national address. Offshore islands, overseas territories, and remote areas may be unavailable even when the country is listed.
Please enter a complete street address, full recipient name, valid phone number, city, state/province where applicable, and postcode. We may contact you if the address needs confirmation before shipping.
Shipping damage protection
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact everwithin@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, eligible shipping damage is protected with a free remake or replacement.
Order verification and address changes
For order protection, we ship to the address provided at checkout. Address changes after checkout can only be requested before shipment and may require confirmation through the checkout email, Shopify Inbox, or everwithin@outlook.com. Orders with mismatched billing or shipping details, incomplete contact information, suspicious payment activity, or Shopify risk flags may be held for review before production or shipment. If we cannot verify the order or address, we may cancel and refund the order before fulfillment.
