What to expect before your keepsake is finished.
When will I receive my preview, and when should I reply?
Your first artwork preview is usually ready within 3 business days after payment is confirmed and we have the photos and details we need.
Please check your preview email and reply within 24 hours of receiving it with any changes or your approval.
Where will you send my artwork preview?
We’ll send it to your checkout email unless you choose Another email when customizing your piece. Please check that inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
Order and payment emails will still go to your checkout email.
Can I request changes before you finish my keepsake?
Yes. Reply to your preview message with the details you’d like us to review, or let us know that you approve the artwork. We’ll review your requests before final finishing.
Please respond within 24 hours of receiving your preview to help keep your order on schedule.
What happens after I approve the artwork?
Once you approve the artwork, we complete the final finishing, assembly and packing for your keepsake. You’ll receive a shipping update when your order is dispatched, with tracking when available.
We wait for your approval before final finishing. A delayed reply may extend your dispatch date.
Does the 3-business-day preview mean my order will ship in 3 days?
No. The 3-business-day estimate is for your first artwork preview, not dispatch or delivery. Final finishing follows your approval, and shipping takes additional time.

What should I do if I haven’t received my preview?
Check the email address selected for your preview, including its spam or junk folder. If the usual preview timeframe has passed, contact the studio using your checkout email and include your order number if you have it.
