By placing an order with EVERWITHIN, you agree to provide accurate order details, reference photos, personalization text, contact information, payment authorization, and shipping information. Custom artwork is created from the materials and instructions you provide.

All product images are examples of handmade work. Because each piece is painted individually, small differences in brushwork, composition, color, and natural material appearance are part of the custom process.

Customers are responsible for confirming previews within the requested time window. After artwork approval, drying, sealing, or final assembly begins, revisions may not be possible and subjective returns are not accepted.

Order security: to protect customers, cardholders, and the studio, EVERWITHIN may review orders before production or shipment when Shopify risk signals, payment irregularities, mismatched billing or shipping details, unusual order patterns, unverifiable contact details, or suspected unauthorized payment are present. We may request confirmation through checkout email, Shopify Inbox, or everwithin@outlook.com. If the order cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund it before fulfillment.

Please contact us promptly at everwithin@outlook.com if you need help with an order, do not recognize a charge, need an address correction before shipment, or believe an order was placed without authorization. Contacting us first helps us pause production or shipment and resolve the issue faster.
